Project Manager Rafi Halajian graduated from the University of Southern California (USC), and he can’t wait to see the football team of his alma mater run the field after Hathaway Dinwiddie-AECOM HUNT’s renovation of the iconic Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. The project is on target to be completed in time for the 2019 football season, so Halajian and other fans will soon get their wish to see the USC Trojans on their renovated and expanded home turf.

When Clark Construction Co. began its work on the Michigan State University (MSU) Broad College of Business Edward J. Minskoff Pavilion, the company knew it would be a unique project and it was well prepared in a number of ways. Not only had Clark worked with MSU before, but it comes to work with “a design-assist, preconstruction-type of mentality” in terms of the delivery of a project, according to Project Manager Nick Henne. This was exactly the type of approach the MSU project required, because it equipped the team to face the challenges it encountered.

HouriganHourigan maintains its schedule to complete Sheltering Arms Institute in March, delivering a state-of-the-science rehab hospital to Virginia.

The potential market goes far beyond the borders of Virginia.”
